Unable to log in to DJI account via controller

I have just got a new Mini 3 and I cannot set up the controller. When I get to enter email and password it refuses to accept my password but I know it’s correct. I choose forgotten password and it says an email has been sent yet I never get it. When I choose the contact by phone it asks me for a Chinese mainland number.

You can open a support ticket with DJI at https://www.dji.com/uk/support for issues with your account.

Scroll to the very bottom of that page and hit the “Contact online customer service” link.
