An Elizabethan fort on the banks of the River Medway

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 24/02/2024. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

I want to fly here @grandad1950, have you got any other tips or advice?

You can do as I did, fly from Chatham, easy parking and TOAL or I have flown from Upnor village easy parking but TOAL a bit more of a challenge. Best to avoid low and high tide if you can

Thanks David, went there today, found a nice spot by the ‘Old Blue Crane’ and also Upnor village just south of the castle, both worked well :slightly_smiling_face:
