I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:

A short and easy walk to the viewing platform from the free car park, and a series of 3 main falls in a tight gorge, great view from the platform, but best filmed with an AVATA type drone to fly up the gorge - with care…

Watch out for the wires towards the road…

Also watch out for the midges, they were fierce and ots of them in late June at about 4pm…

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 25/06/2025. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location. Landowner permission may be required before taking off.

Nice photo and great video of the Rogie Falls. We spent last week at Poolewe, just around the corner from your photo. Now at Auchterarder for a second week. No drone vids from me unfortunately, but we’ll be back! Keep up the good work.
