Probably setting myself up for tears but here goes- do you guys go to a place with a predetermined plan of what to shoot and how to do it?
Do you have an idea of how you want your edit to turn out so plan out long shots to speed up or mix between viewpoints or whatever?
I sort of have a rough plan when I go but end up forgetting what my intentions were half the time and so what I hope will be a cool little vid ends up like the attached, which isn’t really what I was trying to achieve.
I know I’m limited with the mini by signal/wind and my editing skills, but any tips would be greatly appreciated
