Video transfer from RC2 controller in built storage, to computer

Can any one advise me on how to remove video from an RC2 controller onto my computer, for some reason it appears that with an Air3s storage automatically records onto the inbuilt drive, and NOT onto the sd card in the aircraft.

It’s a setting in DJI Fly (Profile > Storage, I think).

  1. Turn on the drone and the controller. Open the DJI Fly app.
  2. Camera settings: Tap the Camera view, then select the Settings (three dots) menu.
  3. Storage location: Go to the Camera tab and locate the Storage option. Here, toggle the save location from “Internal Storage” to SD Card
  4. Format the new card using the format option

If you need to get the footage from the internal storage, you can get it by plugging it in to your PC via the drones USB drive. It will list 2 drives, one internal and the other Sd drive.
