Brilliant start, I would start by looking at slowing down your gimbal speed which will give you a much better pan and also stop it jolting when you stop moving. Best advice is keep going and experiment with things, there is no right or wrong just what makes you smile or think “hmm that could be better” Most of all enjoy it😁

I was also add that I was expecting a full 360° video, not half of one
