SO,was the old fan totally boloxed??

Not been able to connect it and check - but since the 2-pin, and only, connector wasn’t in the slightest loose, I’m guessing it is dead.
Now I know the new one is working, some time I’ll try and find some way to connect power through one the very small connector … or perhaps just my meter.
