I parked at Warrington Animal Welfare, postcode WA1 1NA. From there, follow a footpath south-west to the edge of a farmer’s field, there is good space here for take-off and landing. You can continue on the path down to the river bank and along to the right to maintain VLOS, but note that the industrial areas east and west of the bridge may be counted as a “congested area”.
The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 09/02/2020. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.
