Interesting find. Seems after reading nearly all of the tech being mothballed has replacements that are about to be live.
So less of a worry
And savings of “just” £100 million a year isn’t a great amount in the overall context of UK military spending (£54.2 billion in financial year 2023/24).
I wonder if any Watchkeepers will be available from Withams or one of the other disposal sites?
