I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:

I took off from the pier area on the right had side of the picture. The are places to park (if you can find a space!) just by the ferry terminal (turn left at the lights (coming from Windermere to Ambleside) and then immediately left into the parking area). Alternatively go a few yards on and there is a pay car park on the right
The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 07/01/2024. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.
