Look forward to seeing you all soon.

Please remember the gates do not open until 2pm so try to time your arrival for then, or take the time to do some sightseeing or shopping in Corby.

There will be people onsite earlier getting set up so you all can have a great time.

On arrival you must please check In with a member of the committee before setting up camp or flying

Will there be someone on the gate for day visitors ? I’m coming on Saturday and hope to arrive sometime between 11:30- 12

The gate stays closed all the time, day visitors can let themselves in, closing the gate after themselves and following the map.

Then come look for one of the committee (a wolf wont be far away for easy identification)

Just putting my batteries on charge now! If required, as per the last Big Meet, I’m a fully qualified First Responder - Medical (Level 3) and will wear my First Aid lanyard so will be easily recognised @Committee Hopefully, won’t be required as we will all be having too much fun!

Have a great (and safe) time everybody :crossed_fingers:

Just ask the first person you see who you should speak to, or as Chris said, there’ll be a large wolf (dog) and generally a committee member nearby.

Last minute! Mine took most the evening!

Flying elsewhere tomorrow, but see y’all Saturday.

Does anyone have a long piece of wire they can bring. Learnt a lesson yesterday. On our caravan there is a measuring spoon for the water reservoir for the toilet on the caravan (clean bit at the top). After topping up the chemical we let the measuring spoon empty by resting it in the filler cap. Should have connected it to something bigger then the filling hole so now it is inside :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:. Need to attempt to hook it our. Wire needs to be long enough not to loose that too. Stiff but not too stiff i guess. Not yet sure what bends are along the way down as unsure how big tank is. Suggestions after the fact. Once retrieved will be attaching something larger to avoid future risks… may not be possible but will try. Going to look for diagram first in case it could cause damage as not sure whats in there…

Cheers
