Been having issues with my GPS, so I thought, im now 90% sure its my FC at fault not GPS therefore could anyone explain what would have blown on the FC ??..
Have you wiped the firmware in the FC and reflashed it fresh?

Vibration can be a problem.
I had a similar problem years ago after a period of happy flying.
I had a pixhawk 2.
So I did a compassMot test (Ardupilot) the results were good but the FC was the only item that could be affected. I bought an fc holder that had been designed specifically for pixhawk2 it sat on silicone feet that had been tested to give the best isolation but not be too soft to allow the fc to move. Problem solved.
