Where are my flight logs stored? (DJI Fly app on Android)

Hello all. I’m completely new to this drone stuff so forgive me if I’m being stupid. Got a new (well, second hand) DJI Mini 2 a couple of weeks ago and took it out for a couple of flights over the weekend. However, I can’t find my flight logs anywhere. I’ve found my DJI Fly folder in my phone (Android) which contains 4 subfolders: Intelligent, Photo, Video and Transcode. However, they are all empty. Am I missing something? Where are the logs stored?

Thanks all

Don’t know if you mean the flight data centre? For that click on profile in the fly app then ‘more’ underneath your name and each flight is logged there. I’m relatively new myself so can’t help past that I’m afraid.

Why do you need them?

They are no use to you, as DJI encrypt them

But if you want to see them use Airdata

Thanks. Yeah, I knew that. But my pont is that I can’t find them to give to Airdata.

Again, thanks. Done all that and Airdata can’t see any flights either. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Have you synced your flight data from the Fly App?

Go to profile then settings and in there is an option to sync flight data

Syncing it to what? Airdata? Yes, and it comes up with the pop-up “Sync done - no new files”

Is auto sync selected in the Fly App?

Yep, that is clicked.

I can see all the flight data in the DJI Fly app of all my cobblers little flights etc, so it has recorded them. But neither Airdata nor I can find the log files.

What version of the fly app are you using?

1.5.9

Turn off the Auto check for updates, in Profile/Setting/about

Uninstall the app

Download version 1.4.2 from here

Put the phone in flight mode and then install version 1.4.2

Skip the login and check first that Auto-updates is still turned off, or the app may try to update again back to version 1.5.9

Turn off flight mode, log in with your DJI account and sync the flights again

Wait a few minutes then go to your account in Airdata and sync the flights

Have you tried the option on the airdata website where you provide them with your DJI credentials? It grabs the data directly from DJI daily, I think, or on request.

The flight data is in:
phone\android\data\dji.gov.v5\files\FlightRecord

Strange - mine, albeit Go4, are in

Internal_storeage\DJI\dji.go.v4\FlightRecord

Sorry got pulled away at work. You have signed into your DJI account in Airdata?

Just installed Go5 … and it follows the same file structure … no flight logs because I don’t have a drone that uses Go5.
