Does anyone know how long it takes for a shop order to arrive. I understand it can take up to 2 weeks for the CAA card. Do orders get sent as one or do they get sent separately?

Hi @DavidWood

Delivery times largely depend on the level of service Royal Mail provide in your borough.

If you paid a single postage charge we will dispatch your entire order when your ID card has been printed and checked.

If you paid an individual postage a charge for each item you order, we will dispatch each item individually for you.
