I just ordered a DJI Mini 2 SE (from Argos!) which comes bundled with the RC-N1 controller.
If you’re using that controller, can you give me some idea on what you’re using for a display? Right now I have a choice of an iPhone SE2020 and a Lenovo M8 Tablet 3rd Gen. Both have DJI Fly loaded on via the official APK. Thanks in advance!

If it is the 3GB RAM version you may be ok, but generally the app requires 4GB of RAM
The app runs ok on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 WIFI - 32GB and that only has 3GB of RAM.
It needs a much brighter screen though because it’s difficult to see in sunlight.
As I said you might be ok but the the app is demanding and requires a fast processor and 4GB of RAM to run properly.
and with every update it requires a little more
Yes, it’ll probably be case of upgrading to a better phone later - the app seems responsive so far though. I’ve removed as much Google-Bloat as possible so I’m hopeful.
Yeah, de-bloating really seems to help.
How can something that can do billions of operations a second ever be slow?? 
I’m using a Galaxy A25 phone, works fine. I also have a Galaxy Tab A7 LTE 7 inch tablet (cheap). It runs the DJI Fly app and works with the Avata. I’ve not tried it with my Mini 2 SE but fully expect it to work.

I got my replacement mavic classic yesterday from them, passed my a2 so had it out, what a machine. Now the weathers turned and I’m in the same boat as you waiting on it improving🌞
