Must admit when i saw how slow it was, i was well pissed off, but now i use the charger into that seems ok, bit much when the car charger charges faster 
The Hub and the BMS will negotiate the charge rate depending on various variables like temp/voltage/storage etc I don’t see it as a cable issue
I haven’t found a good car charger for the Mini 4 Pro yet, any recommendations?

No probs, i can’t remember how much it was, but it’s been worth every penny
