I think that is the railway line to the Burton viaduct you mentioned - once upon a time.
It looks very much disused!
I thought the railway - missing - was a bit of an odd artifact from the pano so had to go and look on Google maps and it ends under the road!
The rest of it is GONE! Haha next time I will have to try and video it a bit better. I just thought the stich had gone wrong haha
