Thanks for the extension… I have some shots but don’t like them and have been struggling to get out… Heading to Cardiff this weekend but weather forecast remains crap. Have researched a cool idea in the Wiltshire area near the inlaws… Hope to head there next weekend

Heading to Celtic Manor to lose golf balls Sunday / Monday so was going to research the area to see what abandoned stuff I can find. If it calms down a bit, I’d be going out at dusk on Sunday or early Monday morning.
However, if the forecast doesn’t improve I’ll be staying put in Chorleywood. I’m bad enough at golf in good weather. 50mph wind and rain then it just gets embarrassing

Well Raglan castle isn’t a million miles away, and there’s also Rupera Castle - was wondering about trying to join you but unlikely at this stage.

Where are looking Cardiff/Chepstow area?
I’d say anywhere within 30 mins drive of Celtic Manor would be ideal but as I said, I think it will take a miracle to turn Dennis around now 
Hmm what are you looking for abandoned places for the challenge?
Be careful if going near Ruperra, they didn’t like drones near three years ago and they like their shotguns, it makes you wonder what they are hiding for the owner to have four blokes on site
