A newbie from Cornwall

Hi Bill
I turned 70 in November and have been suffering from a shoulder injury so cycling had become difficult. We live in Torbay and like to travel. We have loads of photos and Go Pro footage all done by my wife so I thought get a drone and I can do the stuff I see on TV!!!

I am a new kid to this and its great to the stretch the mind and learn new skills.

This is definately the club to be with and get good advice. There is loads of great footage on Youtube and some excellent advice on how to fly most drones.

I dived in to the DJI Air 3S bought it from Argos and did not fly it for a month due to weather and realising you cannot go onto Dartmoor do all the visual and risk assessment checks and fly. Local bye laws etc come into play. Now reflecting that a DJI Mini 4 pro might have been an option with less restrictions.

Just back from Xmas and New Year in France and have flown the Air 3S at locations above a 1000m. No crashes, great photos more work required on good video footage, its systems are of the highest quality. I am sure this drips down through the DJI range.

Best wishes
