Ah, thats awesome, my utmost thanks. Will certainly read the links, most grateful
As to drone, considering the perhaps obvious? Dji Mini 4 pro?
I have secured insurance & also have Open A1 & A3
Any thoughts welcome.
The Mini 4 Pro is probably the best sub-250g drone available on the market today, you won’t be disappointed
There is also no sign of a Mini 5 on the horizon, so it’s safe to buy. There’s nothing worse than buying something today only to find a new model becomes available tomorrow
Thank you, i did wonder, although not heard about the 5, the little i have gleaned is Dji like to ‘update’ very regularly, in one video i believe they were alikended to iphones, which seemed a good analogy Do they have a usual new release season, Spring perhaps?
I can still keep myself very busy in the meantime
All the very best, Bill
I have another 13 plus years before I am 70, but I am mobility challenged too, I love flying my Air 3S but only on good days for me, I would fly a lot more if I didn’t live inside 2 airport FRZ’s, Sherburn in Elmet and Church Fenton, so I have to rely on my wife driving me outside the FRZ to fly, but the fun is immense and well worth it, well once you are past the nervous first flights
Good luck you will love it, as much as I love Cornwall, I lived in Devonport back in 2006 to 2008
Typically April and November, but in 2024 all bets were off as they rushed out every possible product they could before their impending USA ban kicked in.
Thank you @yorkie9668
Wow, the Air 3S has a wonderful spec, the extra build size gives it a a lot of stability i imagine
There are a few tenuous links there Marm. My wife lived near the Barbican for most of her youth [ until we met ] & our son i in the Navy, so was at HMS Raleigh for his training. Very good point about the air space, i have d/l Drone Assist app, still trying to get the most out of it13.5 miles & understanding the colour coding, but being near the coast & Culdrose some 13.5 miles away i need to get up to speed with the app.
