RTF Competition Sunday 6th to Saturday November 19th - Moving Water

@group-challenges Another Saturday, another poll result. This one was to determine the subject for the RTF competition for November 6th to 19th. The thunder of the mighty Randomizer™ has died away, the duty nerds have carefully pasted the graphic on the background and erased the last traces of cow gum and photographed the result. Yes, Jez, Allan’s picture would be a useful entry in the current RTF competition except for one thing - it was taken outwith the competition opening times - in July it would appear.
