Got air 2s. Since I have had air 2s ,when taking photos & video s are not down loading to phone album app. Got t take SD card out t get photo off drone. Anyone got any ideas what problem is .

From version 1.4.8 DJI removed this feature and you have to manually save them from within the fly app

Never knew this. And it explains why I’ve been tinkering for a while in vain. I was thinking it was my £100 cheapo phone’s fault - and have been window shopping for new one

No worries Chris, do want I did and go back to 1.4.2 as there are no reasons to go any higher other than the expo setting and even then you can set them, then down grade as it’s stored on the drone
With 1.4.2 google photos works and it does a good job of stitching panos for social media
