At a glance, it is a custom FPV build, and I think that ENORMOUS blue thing is the battery. The use of zip ties securing the bomb to the drone suggests it is a kamikaze weapon.

The ordnance looks like a recoilless projectile. Probably a high explosive fragmentation job.
