That is one problem when turning the drone which I know is tricky , I thought that could be ironed out so I was a bit c## when turning tbh
I’ll do that well appreciated , one has come out really smooth the other 2 not so , these look meaningless at the mo as the plan was to chop them up and try and make a first try so too speak just having a tea with my neighbour while the last video is stabilising takes ages but I’m ok with that ,
I think it’s all ready in 1080 within I movie is there a way too check , I can see me having to get a new Mac .
Smooth out your gimble settings, pitch and yaw in Advanced Gimbal Settings, you will find loads of advice on YT, i would play around on cine normal and sport to get that fantastic feel when using the sticks no sudden braking just a smooth delay in the gimbal reaction.
Go back to not focussing on a new laptop for the moment, you do not need 4k to impress anyone, most people will be viewing on there phones and you find even the 4k YT quality playback not be 4k it be 360p or higher if you set it higher, I can watch upto 2160p max but never do.
First Set to 2.7K 30fps H.264 then use lower resolution clips then test on your computer which provides smoothness and faster editing.
Now onto flying and videoing, don’t think that you need to try and fly a distance to get the shot, break up into mini segments, look how mastershots are created to get a fantastic video it’s like 10 different shots taken about 10 to 20 seconds each then edited to run smoothly to be used in one shot and this is what you like to achieve with layers on your timeline with a lovely music, I shot a video of about 1hr mulitiple shots of same angle to create a 2½ minute video and tbh that was to long but to the person it suited them as it was there place, small clips gets better attention as our brains get bored very easy.
Anything you shoot can be edited to run seamlessly, we all do it have to go for max resolution when it’s not needed. Play with just 2 small resolution clips in your editing to understand layers and what effects you add, when you get that looking good and it becomes natural then go onto adding music intros and so on.
Thanks for the great advice well appreciated to all of you who has and is trying to help me on this ,
What I’m going to do @ziceman is weather permitting tomorrow ( was suppose too today ) but I’m having day off from it lol ,
I’m taking a note book with my story as such , on my way too subject , rise above subject , reveal subject , circle subject , lower and move away from subject etc , pause in between clips about 15 - 20 seconds long so I can trim them down if that makes sense , yes smooth cine settings too,
Joke is last year I done a video by accident when out doing photos it was only about 2 mins long and it was better than what I’m trying now
I’ll see what it looks like on the laptop but I might send it to my I movie on my phone just to make a short video as my phone is probably more advanced than my Mac and go from there and take small steps so too speak , I’ll be honest it’s a lot harder than I thought , years ago I made some amazing photo movies for my friends and family which I know is just drag and drop easy so I guess I’m going to have to be patient with this one , but always always appreciate the input and support 100% , I don’t expect people or members to just throw things at me I know I have to learn and there’s many others on here too that probably also need help , I know the world don’t revolve around me ! the only thing I find frustrating is when something is only the click of a button but I actually don’t know the button figure of speech but hey , sorry I’m babbling on again really appreciate the advice will start fresh tomorrow and I’ll be sure to let you know or hopefully you might see a video
Many many thanks
Edit : sometimes I feel like the problem guy on here but I really try to avoid having to ask
