Have not been able to update my Nano + to the latest firmware version, finally had to delete and reinstall the app on my phone and create a new autel account as I could not sign into my old account because it would not accept the password which I know is right because it is stored in my Nord VPN wallet.
All seems fine now, test flight in morning as it is 11.35pm here now in USA.

Was it the Sky app Phil @Diveuk rather than the Explorer app?
Another member had similar problems logging in with the iOS version of the Sky app a few weeks ago too: Can not log in to Autel Sky app on Apple iPad
But that latest app update appears to have fixed it. You shouldn’t have needed to create a new account though 
Yep, Sky app on android. The password on my original account kept throwing up a “password not recognised” error, I went through the reset password procedure several times but each time I entered a new password it kept throwing up a “wrong authentication code” error. I know I am old but I can still copy and enter a six digit code number sent to my email.
Creating a new account was my only other option.
