Yep I know but looks a bit complicated for a technophobe like moi.
OK, took a flyer on this, installed it all, will test it tomorrow in an area near me that is not restricted airspace but DJI require me to get an unlock code to fly. Also test FCC mode.
@milkmanchris DOH!!!
Still no sign of UK stock. Really, Autel only seem to care about the USā¦
Maybe some YT influencer rubbished them here in the UK ;o)
Maybe.
Altho I found the EVO 2 Pro okay and donāt think I ever criticised it too much; it just kept coming to a screeching halt with its Obstacle Avoidance for no reason⦠Want to test out the Nano plus for similarā¦
Only the same as DJI dissing us UK buyers
In the US you can now buy the Air 2S with RC Pro Controller for $1795
In the UK it still only comes with the standard controller for the same price in £
No sadly we are the lesser cousin to the vast market that the USA is
But what annoys me is the total European market is way bigger than the US market⦠Autel are Chinese just like DJI and have an office presence in the US like DJI, but Autel seem to completely skip Europe. I guess because itās such a small company, they want to focus on one simple market in the same country with the same set of rules and imports and shipping and everything.
I am going to US in May, might well come back with a small piece of tech in my carry on.
Maybe a hold up with getting it CE marked to be able to sell in Europe.
Various colours still in stock at Amazon, nobody been tempted yet?

@ianinlondon any sign of yours yet?
@PingSpike isnāt this about Ā£200 over the odds?
Sorry Chris, Iāve got no idea
I guess if this seller on Amazon is the only person with UK stock they may well have bumped the price up.
I donāt know of any other UK retailers to compare this Amazon price with
The premium bundle on Autelās own web site is USD$1099 so the Amazon UK one at Ā£1059 is probably spot on.
Assuming they follow the DJI pricing model where $1 = £1
