Nice, whereabouts was this taken?
Hi! Strinesdale Reservoir in Oldham. Shot it between 4-5pm yesterday as the sun was low. Used edit in Lightroom. Had no ND filter so used a mixture of auto and pro settings. Too much??? Ha.

Forgive me if I’m wrong, but ND filters are virtually irrelevant for photos of slow moving or stationary objects?
They do protect the lens a bit but I believe they are only important if you want to control your shutter speed, so that you can get film like motion blur (mainly in videos).
Or have I got this completely wrong?

Believe you are right. I also filmed some shots hence reference to ND filters…. Thanks for looking btw.
