Has anyone thought about the proposed new X1C killer printer from BBL? Apparently it’s going to be astounding…

It would have to be out of this world for me to want one, i.e. remove prints, replace filaments etc automatically, I don’t need a larger bed
You don’t want much…saying that I’d like to have a minimum 350 bed, heated chamber, reasonably air tight for the more toxic filaments.
Filament drying while printing that works and actively exhausting the moist air and also at least 95% less poop. Also no cutting of filament at the end of each print although that’s a software issue and workarounds are available.
I wish for a door that you can change sides and seals all around, anyway it’ll be interesting to see what they come up with especially when it comes to multicolor printing.
I’ll sell the other leg while in the process of saving up… 
Quick question, do you dry your filament in the printer?

One word of advice on these models, if you haven’t seen it fly on YouTube don’t buy it unless it’s just for static display.
The filter arrived, now in the dimension verification stage and although the filter fits, it’s a very tight fit requiring 4mm overall, which leaves 2mm either side for the tool head .gcode.
I learnt something new in B-Studio, how to edit X-Y coordinates for over the edge prints and in this case it was all of 1mm…

I did day one mate, less filament swaps, only prints one test line now, just do a test piece first, I did a benchy and all is brill

Now that’s more like it but don’t get me wrong, most of the new feature are in the write direction and I’m actually looking forward to experiment.
Reading through the history of past Firmware updates on the BBL forum and having learnt from Dji with their updates, hence the hesitance.
I’ve got two small parts of the air filter that need reprinting having made a design change so I may update tomorrow…

I’ve done the update but I’m still getting two test lines? Does it need to be toggled on and off or am I missing something?
I’ve got one on the front edge and one at the back edge too which is what I’ve always use. I’d rather have the one at the front alone…

Yes, I only have the bottom one now, but I also have the textured plate that acts as a cool plate
Has a cool plate got something to do with? if we’re on the same update, then there has to be a toggle somewhere…
