Weird as mine does it every print now
I’ll finish the current prints then uninstall BB Studio then see if that clears it all, the other new feature are there though like the mouse ears and that.
Yes I have used those a few times
Uninstalled BS but no change, anyway it’s time to test my prototype air filter, bench test showed a significant air flow even at the lowest speed. Apparently ABS / ASA exposure will lead to serious illness and can lead to fatality…
The Filter works better than I expected “Calculated”…
Sat right next to the printer all day working and there was not the slightest smell and that’s at the lowest RPM, no more poisoning for me…
@Cedric, how are you getting on with “learning”? remember I’m available if you need any pointers…
I am afraid I do not have it setup just yet - crazy busy at work (for another 10 days or so - big project going live) and battling a severe wisdom tooth infection (to be extracted on the 3rd of Dec ). On the plus side I will have plenty of time later in December (loads of days off to take) and unlikely to fly much with the weather so will need to find something to do
I am around most of the day if you need advice
Thank you Good Sir - not a Bambu lab printer though - sporting an older model graciously offered by Njoro earlier this month for me to get my teeth into 3d printing.
Yes I remember him mentioning it
Seriously I don’t…did I? Because it was on the spar of the moment while having a gadgets clear out
There’re crucial bits of information we didn’t have time to discuss but super important I give you, you’ll need to go to their site and download their slicer which is free.
I’ll leave it at that until you’re ready, good luck with your wisdom tooth, I lost my wisdom when mine fell out…
If I remember you said you were taking it to a meet
Now I remember thanks, that was the other printer which the person interested in it didn’t follow through with the purchase. I’ve sill got it, but undecided on what to do with it still.
@yorkie9668, as someone that has all the filament colors in the world, is there a color that’s close to the BB printer color in PLA?
That green is the Bambu Labs Green
Or this from Sunlu
Sorry I should have asked if you’ve printed in a similar colour to BB printer grey, reason being I want to print the filter housing in a colour that blends better with the printer grey / silver. Thanks for the above though…
Have you printed this colour? and does it come close to matching the printer?
Yes but I prefer the Matte Ash Grey (11102)
I accidentally learnt something today, by logging in and out of BS it updated to the new purging line.
This has narrowed down the .gcode lines to find and edit the G1 X Y coordinates for custom print start point for PLA-LW…
