I ordered the wrong size lamp holders E27 when they need to be E14, so they will come tomorrow.
I also never fully read the description on how to print, and I printed in Portrait mode with just a small brim, and yes it worked perfectly in just under 3hrs on 100%, but now I have changed the next 3 to landscape for printing, go’s to show how good these printers are

That’s brilliant, I’ve still haven’t had the time look into it yet.

Nothing to it really, I will be attempting colour next, my Litho pack arrived yesterday from Bambu Labs, let the fun begin

So there she is next to the old trusty Artilery…

Printed the obligatory benchy, and the turtle/giraffe thing… F me this thing is fast in PLA!

Also the AMS removal tool, and the Y Cable splitter…

What else is a must print?

Doing the poop bin thing in the morning (don’t trust it overnight yet!)

Also it’s quite noisy, that normal?

Sam Fox…:face_with_open_eyes_and_hand_over_mouth:

There’s a ton of stuff on Makerworld go there from Studio, click “More” which will open the site,

Top tip dry all your filament and keep it dry which can be done inside the printer.
I dry mine either in the oven or overnight in the printer ready the next day printing adventures.

You’ll want this….

Obviously a poop bucket, and maybe a top box like mine for the AMS with drawers for the spares

Massive waste poop chute printed this morning so time to try My first multi colour print…amazed at the quality and speed…

Bloody hell !
My so called multi-filament Prusa jams so much I not used it in years

Blown away how good that prints!

You not the only one. It’s insane how quick too, and that’s not on sport, or ludicrous mode!

That was my first multi colour print, 4 colours, and only 7 filament changes, I’m sure could change that to 6 if white was used as final colour for the second layer.

Here’s a tweak and a hint, first a heads up on seams, if you don’t care what your seam looks like, change the seam setting to ‘Back’.

If you’re printing a cylindrical or round object, select ‘Aligned’, I’ll be looking at the ‘Retraction’ and Detraction speed next.

This is what I’d been getting…

From this.

To this.

Do this if you wish…

Yet another almost perfect print, better safe than sorry….

ABS @ 80% infill

Have you updated to the latest firmware yesterday?
It has virtually silenced the motors, I could hardly hear it before, now I can’t at all

Thanks for the heads up, no I haven’t, didn’t know about it as I’ve been on LAN only mode.

The team is former Dji which means I’ll wait for the update to be given the thumbs up on the forum.

I’m using it, no issues

So has it quietened the Mother board fan?

No idea don’t hear that very much using PLA most of the time
