Big Meet 2024 Part Deux - Friday 30 August to Sunday 1 September

Following on from the great success of the big meet we have pencilled in a return date of Friday 30 August to Sunday 1 September 2024

The location will be the same, Brigstock in Northamptonshire 1

This will be an official @Committee organised event at which everyone is welcome.

To cover costs of the venue, this time round fees will be charged to all (member prices to be confirmed, but no more than) £25 per person for weekend camping, and day visitors £10 per day.

Non member pricing is also to be confirmed (but no more than) £35 camping and day visitors £15 per day.

All are welcome to this event, however if you are not an insured member of the club and wish to fly then proof of public liability insurance will be required.

Non flying guests are welcome as always and there will be no charge for them, with a paying guest.

All we would like to know at this point if you would like to attend. Simple poll, only complete if you’d be a camper or day visitor, we don’t want to go into further planning for it to be 3 of us in a field

Yay you will get more then 3 in a field. As soon as fully confirmed we will book the camper. Bugger the tent this time lol

Nice work. Looking forward to this again.

I’ll definitely pack better and not forget drones and extra blankets as it was cold.

Going to sit this one out. Unfortunately I found walking in the field too difficult.
