Came across a video of a guy flying at this site online, we made contact, he says you dont need any permission to fly and he flys there often, wondering if anyone would be interested in a meetup.
Wife will be out with her sister doing shopping on the 8th for baby stuff, so im considering the 8th for a day of fun.

I decided to have a drive up to Bolehill Quarry and scout out what this place actually looks like.
There’s already a group of 6x FPV flyers here, who had visited Drone Feast yesterday.
I been made welcome and they’ve let me have a flight with the Avata 2 whilst they were setting up.
I’ll post my video later, I’m not blasting around they are, still finding my feet flying through buildings.

Yes, I had 2 flights, used up I battery.
The FPV flyers, were whizzing around and I was happy watching.
One of the guys attending, mentioned that he spoke to a guy from GADC, so I assume that must have been you.
