Greetings all I’ve been severely bitten by the droning bug 
it started in 2015 when I had some recuperation time after an operation had a hankering for a drone. Purchased a Parrot AR 2 & I’m ashamed to say it never came out of its box other than initial inspection it’s still box fresh in the cupboard never flown I must remedy this. So it restarted with a HS175 got a great dealI was toying with the Mini 2 but not wanting to invest too heavily initially I opted for the cheaper option BIG MISTAKE I’ve had no luck with it managed one unsuccessful flight was extremely underwhelmed & not being a quitter went all in with the Mini 2 fly more kit. Enjoyed flying it & splurged on the DJI FPV it’s insane & an absolute blast. Due to my location it’s always a battle with wind so flying time is limited the DJI’s handle it really well. I’m currently getting a lot of simulator time in attempting to learn how to fly the FPV in manual mode. I have some plans for interesting movies & pictures from the Rock…. That’ll do it !

Good choice on the M2 and DJIFPV, cracking bits of kit (I have both too)
Have you seen our members map? (Click the burger-menu in the top right) You may find some pilots living near you. Feel free to add yourself to the members map too 
We’re a well established club with many knowledgable members so it’s very likely that any issues you come across will have been discussed here before. Our discussion forum has very powerful search features which should help you find what you need but if you get stuck you can post a new question in the Questions & Answers category.
