Hi I have owned my drone for almost 3 months, today I installed a battery and one of the clips snapped off, has anyone else had this issue, do you think DJI will replace it? I do have DJI refresh
Been same problems with mini 3 batteries which I believe are the same housing / clips Have a look here 
I emailed support @DJI. Com and they are going to replace it, they want a video of me dropping it into salt water for 12 hours first though
Yes that’s the usual standard procedure with them, glad you have it sorted
Blimey, how many Gig did that take up on your phone? 
I had to do the same a few years ago, just took a video of dropping the battery in water and pouring salt in.
Yeah I’ve not done a 12hr video, just showed the shot of the “salt” going in and dropping it in the water. I can understand destroying it if the battery is faulty but it seems a massive waste when it’s just the clip as it can still be used for charging just not safe to put it in the air. 
All sorted DJI sent me a voucher for a new one under warranty
Just noticed one of my mini4 Pro batteries has a broken clip as well.
