Afternoon, recently got my 1st drone , originally I was doing Astrophotography now want to step up another level, I bought a DJI mini 4K
Currently charging up , I’m in Brentwood area and looking to see if anyone near me , that may be able to meet up and show me the basics help start me off on amazing journey.

It might be too far to travel, but there is a meetup on the 20th July in Pewley Down, Surrey - if you can’t find local help easily, definitely worth attending a meetup. Everyone is very friendly and typically more than happy to help out, answer questions, provide tips, etc.

The next South East meetup I’m aware of is Sunday 29th but I’m afraid has a £30 flyer cost and some form filling.
@bmsleight often organises stuff but he’s been too busy slacking on various cruise ships

Hi.
I have indeed been checking out the suitability of a few sites along the Thames near Erith (DA8) that I frequent. I made a couple of videos recently that give a good overview of the area.
I’d be happy to organise a meet up, are we thinking of the next 2 - 4 weeks or so (I’m not around on 28th Sept). It doesn’t necessarily have to be a Saturday, I’m self employed and my boss is very reasonable.
If this sounds of interest please let me know and I will post a list of pros/cons along with the videos.

I am speaking in Brentwood on Wednesday evening at the Essex Arms.
I will probably have my drones, but sadly I reliant on the M25 as to when I might be there. So suspect it might be too late.
