no not really, it struggles to keep a lock, and in profile mode there is something it doesn’t like so swung from side to side. it was worth a shot. my try putting a skin on and see what happens then.
Litchi has a slave app that can run on a second phone to provide precise GPS location for tracking.
I’ve never tried using (as yet), but a small smart phone with that app running on it, fitted to the Typhoon … somehow (I’m assuming the Typhoon is more than up to that small amount of extra weight) would be an interesting experiment.
Might have to try that.
