Cave Castle Hotel and Country Club, South Cave, East Yorkshire - Added to Historic Buildings in Yorkshire and the Humber

Cave Castle is a a hotel based in South Cave, East Yorkshire. It was originally built around 1875 and was the home of the Barnard family. (Landed families of Britain and Ireland: (393) Barnard and Boldero of Cave Castle and Aspenden Hall)
If offers a range of activities, inlcuding its own golf course. You can pop in for a light lunch, or a grand evening meal (or both).
Parking is possible on the road to the south of the Estate, close to the South Cave Library. A suitable TOAL spot is on the small park across the road, which has a public footpath crossing it. The entrance is just to the right of the library (when facing the library)
