Just out of curiosity, your inside the Luton NFZ over these hills as I’m familiar with the area, how was you able to take off. Over the years there’s been reports of drones in the area flying recklessly whilst aircraft are descending on approach to Luton airport. Pitstone windmill is just outside the zone. It’s just an observation but it’s your responsibility to fly safely especially around Bedfordshire as we have a lot of smaller airfields within such a small county

Ah right but until I used the unlocking codes through here my dji stuff wouldn’t take off where the flight was happening?

Thats because they make it up as they go along, I’ve got one of there NFZ near me for a WW2 airbase that hasn’t been used since the 50’s
Either a non DJI drone is the way forward or Drone Hack s or similar
Yes I’ve since used the drone hacks now on both drones. Tested both at weekend and very happy with results. Wasn’t really needing the altitude freedom but the geo unlock is more beneficial
