G-UHGB, 1979 Bell 205A-1 owned by Heli-Lift, used a lot to transport boulders/rocks to reinforce/repair moorland paths. Been around the block a few times, started off in the States, worked in Europe quite a bit, been in UK for 10 years or more.

I saw it flying on my way out carrying materials up unto the hills.
Could you image if we flew an drone over 250g that close to a public road the abuse we would get.

To be fair they did have people stopping traffic when it was actually landing or taking off
