Could someone 3D print something for me please?

Just found this on my desk… Hah

Big thanks to Gunja99 - your orange TPU mounts fitted perfectly in my caddx/nebula pod.
Now to remember the difference between flying wings and quads!

When go inverted on a wing don’t kill the throttle like you would a quad… Ask me how I know?!

And no worries for the print. Share and give a like in our hobby. Glad it got there

Would anyone be able to print me a few small TPU parts for my sub250gfpv baby turtle?

I need the antenna/xt30 mount and the battery holders if possible.

Hi all

My Dad builds RC ships and is trying to source some self-righting lifeboats. He’s found a suitable design, but doesn’t have a 3D printer - and it’s about the only gadget I’ve never got round to getting.

Would anyone be willing to knock-up four of these- scaled down to 100mm length?

Happy to cover the cost of time and materials.

What size do you need them to be?

I can print these up for you Guy, but it would have to wait until I’m back off my holiday on the 9th July. If that’s OK do you have a colour(s) in mind. Looking at a pint time of just under 2 hours and about 70p in filament per boat, so not to bothered about the production cost.

Dimensions for the lower hull section are:-

Dimensions for the upper hull section are:-

That would be absolutely brilliant - thanks! He said he’d prefer orange or something paintable like light grey.

Can do them in orange, yellow, white or light grey PLA. Can also mix colours i.e. Orange top section and white lower section or vice versa. Will print off one when I get back and post a picture for you.

Thanks!

A general plea for help if I may…

I’ve just purchased a few of the Cree strobes from Flytron and wondered if anyone could point me in the direction of anyone who makes suitable mounts for these to be attached to the arms ( or possibly underbelly ) of my Air 3.

Apparently, there is a company in the US who make them but I’d much prefer to source them locally rather than have the hassle of importing them.

Any info will be gratefully welcomed

Andy

No problem, will give you a shout when I’m back off my holiday (heading off in just over an hour) and the prints have been finished (all will be in Orange as requested).

Which ones?

If you can find a 3D printed file (STL or similar) for these I can print them

Did you get a Link?

You could also ask

Unless you have refinements to make, he’d be delighted with that one and another three in the same colour.

Thanks again!

Hey Wayne @SparkyFPV That link you included in your ( very comprehensive ) reply sent me to a guy on eBay who sells the mounting clips. It’s exactly those strobes that I’ve bought. I’ve sent him a message asking if his clips are suitable for my Air 3. Wouldn’t have a clue about getting some 3d printer drawings but, hopefully, this guy can help.

I think I saw them mentioned on a you tube video about the yank supplier but can’t be sure.

Thanks for the link and your help mate
