I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:
Land owner permission requirements unknown.
The monument to Scottish physician and explorer David Livingstone is in the David Livingston Memorial Park in Blantyre (his birthplace), South Lanarkshire. The monument sits in a wide open space suitable for flying but can be busy with dog walkers most times (I've found it best to fly early morning or late evening). Parking can be found both inside and outside on the road, the gates are always open.
The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 26/09/2021. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.
