Hi @ChrisM or @Bloxy, the marker is on the foreshore of Crow Park. Isn’t that considered National Trust and therefore illegal for TOAL? I’m visiting in July and would love to get some shots of Derwent Water but equally don’t want to run foul of the law! I’m flying a Mini 3 Pro. Many thanks / Ian

Take a look at the NT land map and zoom in. There is a sliver of land adjacent to a small peninsular abutting Hope Park that is not NT owned. If you take a tape measure you should be ok to fly.
I’ve flown from this location a number of times and there has been no one remotely interested in what I was doing.
