Thought DJI were holding back all shipments to the US of A due to the Customs delays. Understand a lot of USA buyers have requested their money back because their shipment is stuck in limbo. ![]()

If this little video cost more than $20 to produce the US taxpayers have been utterly shafted.

No DJI in my FPVs, but I suppose the fact that it absolutely lowers the barriers to entry will inevitably make it more popular and for the most part we should embrace that.
I used to begrudge all the Avata noobs, suddenly jumping into our little corner of the hobby with flawless video feeds and control transmission right off the bat. It wasn’t fair. They hadn’t struggled with trying to piece together thier first quad from seperates, flashing firmware, and generally having a shit time. ![]()
But a lot of them are now doing self builds. And the ‘open source’ components have continued to improve, so the struggle isn’t quite so intense. I don’t think there’s any danger of DJI wiping out the other players just yet.
