The Americans are under the impression that the house wants to get this ban(bill) passed before the end of this year ( says 51 drones ) in a video heās posted & edited with the original posters video on YouTube,
The edited video ā 51 drones ā is cranky to try & understand where he has sped the video up to make it shorter Sounds Like Micky Mouse not that much shorter either 
So hereās the original posters below about 38 mins long, just speaking his mind & stating that now maybe is the last chance for the Americans to act,

What happened to the phrase āThe land of the free.ā I feel sorry for the many hobbiests and pro drone pilots in the US, simply enjoying the superb drone tech DJI produce.
Oh well, they can take up another hobby, I guess and buy a gun from the local market and shoot the hell out of stuff instead.

There is no ban, from what I have read around the web, only a stay of 12 months before the US Govt then puts it to the Chinese and asks them to prove that their drones do not pose a security risk to the US. It doesnāt affect current owners, users etc. it does look like an attempt by some powers that be in the US to ban imports from what has become the most popular drone manufacturer.

could it be that DJI are shipping a vast volume of stock into the us before Donald duck gets sworn in so that if import tarrifs come Iām they already have stockpiles of stock within the countryā¦ and if a ban is put in place on imports the stuff is already in the country?
I mean it wouldnāt be too hard to ship say a year or two worth of stock into the us looking at previous sales, along with new products releases so the beat the ban or tariffsā¦
that way all of the products are officially launched for the next 12m and the stock is sat there and available for the us market
I was looking closely at a lot of this existing product lines and I noticed that there is a lot of products that have guaranteed software updates until 31st Dec 2026ā¦ after that presumably they will be pushing for you to buy new productsā¦

In light of Trumpās record on threatening to impose tariffs since he wangled his way back into power, you werenāt far wrong were you? Furthermore, as a result of his political threats to economic stability (a la Liz Truss) even the business community has got so nervous of the implications of a trade war that my pension pot has dropped in value by umpteen thousand quid. Feels like he may think heās the saviour of American capitalism, but to the detriment of the rest of us!
His issue is heās not actually that bright - his treasury secretary (Scott Bessent) on the other hand is incredibly smart, and told him to back down on tariffs before China offloaded $780 Billion of US debt theyād purchased back to the USA ā¦ that would have sent America well past recession deep into depression territory - at which point his Hoky Koky tariff bollocks would have collapsed along with the American economy - the sooner heās gone the better for everyone. Itās truly alarming the power completely unregulated social media has over peopleās livesā¦Farage is another totally maligned basket case ā¦ I watch with curiosity!!! Better to be flying drones and taking great photos rather than digesting the crap which spouts consistently out of the mouths of these two fascists - not sure politics is tolerated on the forum but DJI will be around long after Trump is goneā¦making and selling world class dronesš
