So would a savings of £400+ just before Black Friday and Chrimbo
£2,287
Cheap at 1/4 that price. In fact - at 1/4 that price I would order one - even without the simultaneous video/stills that I so wish for.
It’s mad eh?
The original Mavic Pro flymore combo was only £1,359
So that rules out the classic now that @clinkadink has it
Precisely what I paid …
… AND that seemed like a shit load of money at the time! … which, of course, it was/is!
Yes, and a pint of milk was 40p last year. Now it’s 62p … 50% increase!
Jesting mate. I’m not buying that. Nought wrong with my M2P for quality/stable shoots.
Indeed - the only trade up worth doing would be the M3Cine … which is stupid money.
Edit: “Worth”, as in improved video quality … not necessarily in “what you get for what you pay” terms.

Just can’t decide between the
Mavic 3 Classic
Mavic 3
Mavic 3 Cine
Mavic 3 E
Mavic 3 T
I’ll be interested when they release the Mavic 3 L (LiDAR) version

Doesn’t that come on the enterprise version?

Doesn’t that come on the enterprise version?
I doubt it. It is a BIG bit of kit. The only DJI drone that I know of that supports LiDAR is the M300 RTK.
And this is the module it uses which weighs 930g and costs £11K.
Wind: 68 kmh = 42 mph. Not bad
Question to all you existing Mavic 3 owners… how much do you actually use the telephoto lens, and what for?
(not asking to be contrary, by the way - the change board [a.k.a. my wife] approved my request to upgrade from the M2 to the M3 before the Classic was announced, and now I’m torn as to whether the telephoto is actually worth it whilst I have the go-ahead to spend the cash)

Question to all you existing Mavic 3 owners… how much do you actually use the telephoto lens, and what for?
I’m not a mavic 3 owner as of yet but I hope it’s ok for me to post this here , I see telephoto the subject and I have [ wondered kinda the same thing ] , I have in my basket at wex photo a mavic 3 classic ( drone only ) a DJI rc pro , fly more kit and a set of filters totalling nearly 2800 I have not clicked buy yet AS I can buy a brand new sealed cine mavic 3 combo for 2900 , with all the extras , I don’t know much about the mavic 3 but I know it does produce quality footage , would I be paying that extra 100£ just for the telephoto ( which I won’t use ) plus the pro res and storage etc , anyone with first hand experience that would say I’d be better off paying the extra 100£ , I’m not a pro as many know far from it I just want some better quality camera and the tools there for if and when I advance my skills , or at least before it gets dated.
