Dji mini 2 fpv goggles

I am looking for a cheap way of using FPV goggles for my mini 2 , I am leaning towards at least trying goggles.

I see there is a hack for Dji Goggles but very expensive.

I have also seen Skyview Yuneec fpv goggles that mirror your phone or tablet but only on sale in the States…

Here is a link

Please let me know your feedback…

Would be great if it works.

I don’t understand why the DJI goggles don’t work across their full range. You shouldn’t need a hack. But they don’t seem to have any intention of extending it to their other models.

I’ve asked them and they give the standard response of, we’ll pass it on to the relevant team.

I’ll be interested to see how you get on :+1:

I may wait until they come to the UK, there should be good feedback by then on the goggles…

Not sure I would buy them from the states and have them shipped…

i was wandering if anyone else has purchased them on here…

I’m failing to see the value they would add to the M2.

It’s sort takes away the beauty of being able to go anywhere and pack light if you’ve got take a mate or heaven forbid the Mrs to spot for you :frowning:

I just wanted to dip my toe in the FPV experience for myself …

It would go out and be stored in my campervan to use whenever …

Just an idea ,

Plus Mrs would love them because she don’t have to look at my ugly face…

Get yourself a THFS cheaper and have a go that way, the M2 will never fly like a FPV

TinyHawk Freestyle is a small fpv style beginner quad which gets fantastic reviews and is very popular for people starting out in fpv :+1:t2:

The Yuneec Skyview headset is discontinued. If you extend your search to Europe you may get lucky as I’ve seen a few German dealers selling them on eBay in the past.

As mentioned by a few others you’d be better getting a micro fpv quad as the whole point of FPV is to experience flight where as with a Mini2 you’ll only experience drifting about at best.

Ken Heron on YouTube had a way to fiddle things, so you could find a way to it relatively simply.
