I’m probably just being impatient, but is anyone aware of a good alternative to the DJI Mini 2 Propeller Holders which seem to be constantly out of stock? The props do seem pretty hardy but it’d be great to have something to stop them snagging when throwing in a pocket/pouch.

They’ve even got DJI embossed on the top, albeit not from DJI but I don’t think you’ll go wrong with them.
They’re cheap as chips so I got the one you linked plus another; will try them both and report back. I’d have paid extra and waited postage from DJI if they ever had the official ones in stock but alas 
I think you’d be quite surprised how many turn to Amazon, those I’d like to think are robust enough, I use crappy Velcro straps, damn annoying
