I have tested the prop guards with prop guards, plus battery and wide DJI wide angle lens fitted
No issues flying.
I tested the prop guards with obstacle avoidance off and bumped it into a wall at 3’ height the drone tips up and crashed to the carpet.
Sideways bump no issue
Reverse bump no issue.
For me the prop guards are for an indoor project and not outdoor flying for a bit of peace of mind in a tight space inspection .
I would say any prop guards will do the same bumping anything hard going forward. Other directions no issue.
