I’d totally agree. I bought an “open box” Air 2s recently … except it was not as described and had been activated/registered. Took almost three weeks to get a refund despite returning it the day after I collected it from them. Five years ago their customer service was brilliant but now I wouldn’t use them even if they were last retailer on this earth … and they are ten minutes drive from me,
