Me, if the camera is an improvement on the Mini 2 Not fussed about obstacle avoidance.

How about some (any) European back up in case you need a repair or whatever? 3 months we’ve been waiting for Autel stock. And just as the Mini 3 pre-leak media frenzy gets underway, a couple of Autel outlets finally get a few models to sell…
I’ll defo be looking out for what the Mini 3 brings camera-wise…
“Explorer Edition”? As I recall there was a Mini2 that precipitated more than enough exploring for one little drone!
Will it pick up a GPS signal from inside the case? Just wondering how hard and fast you could throw it …
My wife can also confirm how solid the Pocket gimbal is. We stopped off for coffee and a scone at Kenmore in Scotland on holiday last year and sat at an outside picnic table. I went inside to pay the bill and when I came back out she was battering a wasp to death with mine. She’d just grabbed the first thing that came to hand . No harm done, and to be fair I’ve dropped it myself a couple of time and it has survived.
Video or it didn’t happen
Never mind that ( probably just for symmetry ) but what is with the exposed wiring below the camera ?
Some of the photos were from a crashed one that got into a non-DJI person’s hands … so that might be the damaged one.
I wouldn’t worry about that as it will be replaced with the flimsiest of flimsy thin ribbon connectors, that will tear in two as soon as you look at it. In the production model.
Anyone seen any camera specs leaked yet?
If the pricing is right, this extends the Mini range rather than replace the 2. Sounds more like a business solution, every estate agent will have one, roofers, etc.
So Air2S pricing
I hope it offers more than just front-only obstacle avoidance for that price
Still not seen any camera specs anywhere yet
I’d be very surprised if the FMC was this price, as it destroy the main appeal of the device; an entry level, affordable professional drone for the masses. They’d be effectively shooting themselves in the foot. With the Mini 2 FMC being just north of £500, it is the most sold drone world wide. If the Mini 3’s price will be close to double that, DJI will be repeating the mistakes of the Mavic 3 … a great drone, but completely overpriced.
How long to wait for a firmware update to add all the features that are missing from launch?
A week after DroneHacks uncripple it
